End User License Agreement

UnitedVision AI

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and UnitedVision AI for the use of the UnitedVision AI demo platform, including its software, interfaces, and related services ("Software"). By using the Software, you agree to this EULA.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, UnitedVision AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for the purpose of building, training, and testing custom vision AI models within the scope and limits defined by the service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Software except as expressly permitted;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software;
Use the Software for any purpose that is illegal or in violation of our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy;
Sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Software or your rights under this EULA to any third party.

3. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of content and data you upload or create using the Software. By using the service, you grant UnitedVision AI the limited rights necessary to operate the platform (e.g., storing, processing, and displaying your content). Our use of your data is further described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Models and Outputs

AI models trained using the platform may be subject to separate terms. Predictions and outputs generated by the Software are for demo and evaluation purposes unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for validating and using any outputs in accordance with applicable laws and your own policies.

5. Ownership

UnitedVision AI and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks, logos, or branding of UnitedVision AI.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for breach of this EULA or our Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases, and you must cease all use of the Software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. UnitedVision AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UnitedVision AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with this EULA or the Software.

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which UnitedVision AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and UnitedVision AI regarding the Software and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
